FIFE CHARITIES TRUST

As part of our funding giveaway, LAMA Youth were nominated by FCT member Lorraine Dobie to be the lucky recipients of £500. The cast of LAMA Youth’s ‘Sister Act’ were delighted to receive it. It will help to mount the production and, in particular, will go toward the cost of the costumes for all the cast.

Fife Charities Trust next meeting will be held on Tuesday September 22nd 2026. Any funding applications need to be emailed/sent to us by close of play on Sunday 20th September for consideration at this meeting

Carrie, a member of our board, visited Burntisland Hedgehog Haven to present them with a £500 cheque on behalf of Fife Charities Trust. Carrie went to learn about their work. Whynot Youth Theatre Group in Dunfermline were recipients of £500 from our Christmas giveaway as nominated by FCT Board Member, Loraine Dobie. Whynot said that they were thrilled and delighted to receive this grant and thanked Fife Charities Trust as this will be a great boost to their funds and will help greatly towards their next production of the musical "13" in Carnegie Hal in April.
